@ROSSAM Almost, but I stay up later into the night than most people. I just cooked a quiche from spinach eggs, cheese, and coconut crust. I will eat a late dinner before getting ready for bed. Want to see? :)

@ROSSAM Maybe I could send a piece to you tied to a balloon! 😄 One small correction: "It looks very delicious at me!" would mean like this picture. We would say in English, "It looks very delicious to me!" haha!

The egg whites were a little too fluffy and the other fillings tried to escape them. But it tastes better than it looks!
