Polished up some of those pixels, and added in some tiled terrain and trees so that the house isn't floating.
"The typical shootout routine leaves players isolated as they walk up to take their kick and it leaves the goalkeeper isolated the entire shootout.
By having the goalkeeper pass the ball to the shooter before they take a shot, as well as the shooter going over to the goalkeeper after shooting it gives the players a few seconds to interact with each other and get out of their own heads. I think it's a fantastic change to the usual grim fear inducing process."
"The funniest part is all this "you have to take the biggest contract for the union!" stuff is nonsense. The players are guaranteed a set % of revenues. If the total player revenue falls short of their guarantee, the league takes the difference out of escrow and all the players share it. Every $ one guy makes is just a $ someone else does’t get. The pie is fixed, it’s just about how it’s split up, and the bigger your share, the less there is for everyone else."
I have always wondered (considering the current larger environment) what his writing would be like in 2018 if he was healthy. But alas, not to be.
I am the one who knocks. Politely.
